Molecular Sieve

Molecular sieves has four major uses, many types, and different types of molecular sieves are matched according to different application scenarios.

As an industrial desiccant: Mainly used for the use of equipment desiccant packages, air compressors, and dryers for deep drying. The commonly used type is 3A molecular sieves, the commonly used specifications are 3-5mm, and the main type used in the hollow glass process is 13X molecular sieves. The main specification size is 1.5-2.5mm.

Used for oxygen production: Molecular sieves are also the main material for oxygen production. The concentration of oxygen production is 93%-96%. The rate of oxygen production varies according to the equipment. The molecular sieve for oxygen production is usually 5A type molecular sieves, and the conventional size is 3-5mm.

Used in air separation equipment: Air separation equipment is the air separation equipment, which mainly separates the rare gases in the air, such as helium, nitrogen, argon, etc. The commonly used type is 13X molecular sieve, and the specification is 1.6-2 5mm.

As a catalyst carrier. Molecular sieve has a good carrying capacity, with its developed pores and good adsorption capacity, it can be used as a carrier for a variety of catalysts, and at the same time has a good absorption capacity for heavy metals, arsenides, and fluorides in water.
